3. Client Responsibilities​

The Client agrees to:

We are not responsible for errors arising from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the Client.

4. Fees and Payment​

• All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

• We are not responsible for outages, errors or data loss caused by third-party providers
